The Confluence at Park Street
Nobody really chooses to live at The Confluence. It’s an old building, water stained and weather worn and overlooked by a dozen urban restoration projects in recent years. The elevator never works, the roof leaks, the stairs creak, and the pipes make the most unearthly sounds.
The people of The Confluence live there because circumstance, ill fortune, or desperation have brought them to its door step.
